On February 13, 2009, signing ceremony of strategic cooperation MOU between TravelSky and EMC was held in Beijing, where Xiao Yinhong, TravelSky general manager and David Donatelli, vice president ofEMC reaffirmed the cooperation outcome of both sides in recent years and reached consensus on further cooperation. Rong Gang, deputy general manager and Ye Chenghui, China region president of EMC signed the MOU on behalf of respective parties.

In the last more than 10 years, EMC provided good performance and highly reliable storage platform and best quality service for TravelSky’s core system and both sides work to ensure safe operation of TravelSKy system. In the new period, TravelSky is faced with a lot of pressure such as the lowering of operation cost and expansion of new business. Cooperation with leading international IT provider can be supplementary and condusive to lowering mutual cost, and explore new IT arena. This is the first strategic cooperation MOU TravelSky signs with an IT provider, which will exert a big impact on the industry as a whole.

The ceremony was also attended by TravelSKy marketing depatment, operation center and EMC officials in China region.
