On June 11, TravelSky and InterContinental Hotels Group- the world's largest hotel group, held a signing ceremony on direct connect cooperation agreement at InterContinental Shanghai. Xu Qiang, Chairman of TravelSky, Keith Barr, IHG Greater China Regional Managing Director, signed the agreement on behalf of both sides.

This is a remarkable move for TravelSky to cooperate with a worldly-renowned hotel group on Global Distribution System. Both sides decides to gradually realize the goal of online GDS direct connect in more than 4,400 hotels at over 100 countries, first starting from the Greater China region, and then spreading to Europe, America and other places. Signing of the agreement marks the start of the cooperation between the top international hotel group and TravelSky in direct connect of global travel distribution system, which will greatly promote their cooperation process, and help TravelSky further improve its hotel distribution efficiency and service quality.

Both sides hope to improve guest satisfaction, and enhance channel distribution efficiency and service quality, reaching a “win-win-win” solution for TravelSky, IHG and agencies, while providing services with high efficiency, good quality and convenience to their customers.
