To all employees:

　　Year of 2010 is not only the final year for China’s 11th Five-year Plan, but also the decisive year for China to realize its energy conservation and emission reduction goal during the 11th Five-year Plan. To cultivate a favorable social atmosphere, push ahead with energy conservation and emission reduction, promote construction of resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, we hereby call on all employees of the company to:

　　I. Advocate the energy conservation and emission reduction work.

　　All employees shall be fully aware that to boost the national economy’s sustainable development and fulfill the socialist modernization, it is important for us to treasure resources, protect the environment, save energy, and reduce emission, to reinforce the consciousness of being short of resources and the sense of responsibility, the sense of mission, and the sense of urgency in building a conservation-oriented society, to carry forward the traditional virtue of being diligent and thrifty, to cultivate healthy, civilized, economical, and environmentally-friendly lifestyle, to study and get the hang of knowledge and skill pertaining to energy conservation and emission reduction, and to observe laws and regulations in respect of energy conservation and consumption reduction.

　　II. Practice the energy conservation and emission reduction work:

　　We call on all employees to start from this very moment, from your bit, and from your post to save the electricity, and turn off all lamps and other electrical devices (including computer, printer, and photocopier etc.) when leaving the office. When using the air conditioning, you should keep close the doors and windows. We advocate paper-free office and propose using both sides of the paper as a way to reduce the paper consumption. Every one should develop a habit of setting store by energy conservation and saving energy at any moment, and every department and post should cultivate an atmosphere in which every one saves energy every day.

　　III. Volunteer in the energy conservation and emission reduction work

　　We call on all employees to take “Energy Conservation, Emission Reduction, and Environmental Protection” as their own responsibilities, and spontaneously fulfill the energy conservation and emission reduction. Aside from that, all employees should promote the significance of “Energy Conservation, Emission Reduction, and Environmental Protection” work to their colleagues and friends, and introduce the points concerning energy conservation and emission reduction, in order to jointly create a favorable atmosphere in which every one is concerned about resources conservation and down-to-earth to fulfill the resources conservation. Now, let’s take immediate actions, start from ourselves, and do our bit to make active contribution to realizing China’s emission reduction goal in the 11th Five-year Plan and achieve the society’s harmonious development.
