TravelSky Gansu Branch Successfully Completes the Security System of Jinchang Jinchuan Airport

In the afternoon of August 29, 2011, Hainan Airlines 737-800 plane landed at Jinchang Jinchuan Airport. Meanwhile, the opening ceremony of this airport kicked off. Wang Zhiqing, Chief of Northwest Regional Administration of CAAC, issued the license for the normal use of airport. Liu Weiping, Governor of Gansu Province, Yu Haiyan, Deputy Governor, Wang Zhiqing, Chief of Northwest Regional Administration of CAAC, and other government leaders and guests also attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for its official opening.
To assist the construction of Jinchang Jinchuan airport, TravelSky Gansu branch worked for a whole year to complete the installation and testing of its departure system, security information system, especially the emergency evacuation lighting system. Through the relevant inspection, they successfully finished the flight test and the security task for first flight departure system.
Jinchang Jinchuan Airport is one of the key construction projects of Civil Aviation Development Eleventh Five-Year Plan, and also the first airport in Gansu Province since 1982. With total investment of RMB 343 million, the airfield is built according to 4C standard with runway length of 3,000 meters, can finish the landing and taking off of Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 Aircraft. Its terminal covers area of 3,960 square meters, with four station sites. It is estimated that the airport can handle about 200,000 passengers and 1,200 tons of cargo annually.
